• All prices listed are in INR and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as mentioned).
• We accept online payments only through secure payment gateways (such as UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, etc.).
• ❌ Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on Cake Restro.
• Cake Restro reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice.

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS.
• Cake Restro reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to unforeseen circumstances.

• We aim to deliver orders within the selected time slot; however, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions.
• The customer must ensure that someone is available at the delivery location.
• Additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.

• Cancellation requests are subject to our Cancellation Policy.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
• Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information while placing orders.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
• Any misuse or fraudulent activity may result in termination of access to our services.
