Cancellation Policy
Understand Our Terms for a Smooth Celebration Experience
At Cake Restro, we understand that plans can change. However, since our cakes and desserts are freshly prepared and often customized, we follow a strict cancellation policy to ensure fairness and quality service.
1. Cancellation Window
- Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order.
- After 1 hour, cancellations may not be accepted as the preparation process begins.
2. Same-Day & Midnight Orders
Orders scheduled for same-day delivery or midnight delivery cannot be cancelled once confirmed. These orders are processed on priority and immediately sent for preparation.
3. Custom & Personalized Cakes
All custom-designed and personalized cakes are non-cancellable once the order is confirmed. Please double-check all details (name, message, design, flavor, delivery date) before placing your order.
4. Cancellation Charges
- If cancellation is requested within the allowed time frame, a small processing fee may be deducted.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made after the allowed time.
5. How to Request Cancellation
To cancel your order, contact us immediately:

- Order ID
- Registered mobile number
- Reason for cancellation
6. Refund on Cancellation
- Eligible cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
7. Non-Cancellable Situations
Cancellation requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Order is already prepared or out for delivery
- Delivery attempt has been made
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
- Recipient not available at the delivery location
8. Changes Instead of Cancellation
In some cases, minor changes (like delivery time or message on cake) may be allowed if requested early. Changes are subject to availability and approval.
