At Cake Restro, we strive to provide the best quality cakes, desserts, and customer experience. Since our products are perishable and made fresh to order, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 30 Minutes of placing the order.
- Once the preparation process has started, cancellations may not be accepted.
- For same-day or urgent orders, cancellation is not allowed.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only under the following conditions:
✓ Eligible Cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product damaged during delivery
- Quality issues (with proof)
✕ Not Eligible:
- Change of mind post-order
- Incorrect address provided
- Failed delivery (Recipient unavailable)
3. Refund Process
- Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
4. Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of cakes and food items, returns are not accepted to ensure the highest food safety standards for our community.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- Notify us within 2 hours of delivery.
- Share clear images/videos as proof via WhatsApp or email.
Our team will review your request and provide a replacement or refund accordingly.
6. Delivery Issues
- Ensure someone is available to receive the order.
- Re-delivery may incur additional local charges.
- No refund for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability.
7. Custom Orders
Specialized cakes and personalized orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed. Please review all details carefully before placing such orders.
