1. Accepted Payment Methods

- Debit Cards
- Credit Cards
- Net Banking
- ❌ Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on Cake Restro.
2. Secure Payment Processing
- All transactions are processed through encrypted and secure payment gateways.
- We use industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect your payment data.
- Your sensitive information is transmitted securely and cannot be accessed by unauthorized parties.
3. No Storage of Payment Details
Cake Restro does not store your full card details, CVV, or banking credentials. Payment information is handled directly by certified payment providers.
4. Payment Authorization
Payments must be successfully authorized before order confirmation. In case of failed transactions, the amount (if debited) is usually reversed automatically by your bank within 3–7 business days.
5. Failed or Pending Transactions
- If your payment fails but money is deducted, please wait for automatic reversal.
- If the issue persists, contact your bank or reach out to our support team.
6. Fraud Prevention
Cake Restro reserves the right to cancel or hold any order flagged as suspicious or fraudulent. Additional verification may be required for high-value transactions.
7. Refund Security
- All approved refunds are processed securely to the original payment method only.
- We do not process refunds to third-party accounts for security reasons.
8. User Responsibility
Do not share your OTP, CVV, or banking details with anyone. Ensure that your payment is made only on the official Cake Restro website.
9. Third-Party Payment Providers
Payments are handled by trusted third-party gateways. While we ensure secure integrations, Cake Restro is not responsible for issues arising directly from payment providers.
